Privacy & school access

Purpose

The application helps students organise classes, homework, assessments, study sessions, topic confidence and academic progress. It is designed for legitimate educational use.

Safe for managed school devices

• No proxy, VPN, tunnelling or web-filter bypass functionality.
• No anonymous browser, user chat or public file sharing.
• No advertising networks or third-party analytics trackers.
• No executable downloads or hidden remote content.
• Standard HTTPS and browser security headers are enforced.

Student data

Planning data is stored locally in the student’s browser by default. StudyFlow does not require an account and does not send entered grades, homework or timetable details to an application server.

External learning links

The optional Courses area links to established external learning providers. Those destinations open separately and remain subject to the school’s own Lightspeed policy and category decisions.
